A recipe for "Voladores"

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour- 8 egg yolks
- 1 pimch of salt
- 1 pimch of salt
- 2 meausre of pisco
- 1/2 teaspoom balking powder
- 1 measure white vinegar
- 1 measure melted butter
- powdered sugar
- manjar blanco
- grated coconut
Preparation:
1. First, sift the flour wiht the baking powder. Make avoid in the centre and add the egg yolks, the butter, the pisco and the vinegar.
2. Then, knead lightly until the dough is unified and uniform. Leave to rest served with a doth.
3. Next, cut out into 6 parts, flatten and stretch each part forming layers. Cut the layers into diamonds and bake.
4. After that, place on the diamond a manjar blanco layers and out in the second diamond.
5. Finally, sprinkle on it grated coconut and powdered sugar.
Notes:Make little wells on the diamonds with a ferk avoid that in inflat.I recommend this recipe because is easy to prepare and is so delicious.
