REVIEW OF CACHARRADA
The cacharrada es a very rich dish that has seven different meats and thisbis typical of Moquegua. The dish has friel beef, chinculi, the criadilla, veins, anchura, liver, sweet brrads and heart.
This delicious dish is difficult to prepare due to the cutsin the meat and its condemnation. For its fingering, the dish must be hot and accompanied by some delicious boiled potatoes and if possiblr a sweet Moqueguano wine to pass off the fat. This dish is best prepared in firewood, so it has a better flavor. To enjoy the dish well it can take hours.
A RECIPE FOR CACHARRADA

INGREDIENTS:
-Beef gibbets chinchuli
-widths
-sweatbreads
-veins
-lemon
-pepper
-salt
-potato
-ground chill
DIRECTIONS:
First, wash the meats and season them with brand chili pepper
Then: let the meat season for 3 hours boil the potatoes
Next: wait enough time to fry the meats, fry them separately so they do not lose flavor.
After that: peel the boiled potatoes
Finally: serve on a plate and enjoy.
